RETURNS

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30

calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that

you receive it and undamaged in any way.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please contact customer service to obtain a Return Andress.

After receiving the address, place the item securely in its original packaging and

We will process and ship your order within 3-7 days,if you cancel your order,

please do so before it is shipped, otherwise you will not be able to cancel it after

the order is shipped! The website does not limit the time to cancel an order, if the

order is canceled earlier than the shipping time,the order can be canceled.

 

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item,we will

process your return or exchange.Please allow at least 30 days from the receipt

of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take l-2 billing

cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card

company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

NOTE:

If the return is caused by the consumer,consumer should be responsible for the

shipping fee.The specific fee should be based on the express company you

choose. If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct,

and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
